Sandwich with red slaw. Fried skin was on the menu, so I got a piece on my sandwich. Like a huge, fresh, awesome pork rind. Hush puppies have no onions and are only slightly sweet. Sandwich has a pronounced wood smoke flavor unusual for Lexington style. Really good.
